Providing robust rationale for any project, programme of work, or portfolio, the team ensure business cases are aligned to service models to compliment the individual direction of each organisation it works with.
The business case process explores in detail all options for change, assessing critical factors such as risks, costs, viability and deliverability to find the best outcome.
The team is currently working with a Humber-based NHS trust, providing business case support on an upcoming project.
