Citycare is proud to sponsor the Hull Daily Mail Health & Care Awards 2017, celebrating innovation, achievement and excellence across the sector.
As well as being Associate Sponsor for the awards, we are also backing the Innovation in Health and Social Care Award.
Tim Wigglesworth, Chief Operations Officer at Citycare, said: “Our work across the health service means that we are privileged to see so many examples of superb care and attention every day.
“We’re supporting the Health and Care Awards again this year as it’s wonderful to see these heroes rewarded and recognised so publically.
“Any project which goes the extra mile and uses technology to improve patient care in innovative ways is always a positive.
“We are also incredibly proud to give our backing to the Innovation in Health and Social Care Award and help shine the spotlight on the great work being carried out.
“Innovation is something we wholeheartedly embrace and the theme fits in really well with the work Citycare undertakes with its partners. There are several examples in which Hull is leading the way nationally, such as the Integrated Care Centre (ICC) being built in east Hull.
“We are looking forward to hearing more about the nominations and the fantastic innovative ideas being brought to the table.”
The selected finalists will be invited to a ceremony at Willerby Manor on October 19th.
The winners will be presented with their awards by comedian, doctor and ‘Have I Got News For You’ star, Dr Phil Hammond.
