Supporting South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Accountable Care Partnership (ACP)

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) has commissioned our team to support them across the emerging South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Accountable Care Partnership (ACP).

The role draws upon our previous experience working across commissioners and providers to help support local health service transformation.

This supports the NHS to change its estate to meet clinical need while delivering the best service for patients and achieving national policy objectives.

Dan Simmons, Development Manager, said: “This means working in partnership with local public sector bodies to provide the professional estates expertise to help utilise the estate better, make estates cheaper to run, invest in the estate, and dispose of surplus land.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to support CHP across the region.

“We understand the context in which our customers work and the importance of affordability, as well as value for money. We create innovative solutions to meet their needs.”

Jude Wildgoose, CHP’s Area Director for the North, said: “As a valued partner to CHP, the team listens and gets under the skin of the challenge, creating deliverable solutions which enable us to look at things from a different angle.

“This is especially useful when we need an objective view and we know that Dan and the team can deliver on that.”
