Citycare has invested in and developed a large property portfolio, which means our team has extensive experience in managing a varied estate, to ensure that buildings remain well maintained, legally compliant and aligned to service direction.

Our offer covers a broad range of services, from the application of landlord legislation, to subcontractor management and tenant liaison. We currently look after over 50,000sqm of property across the Humber, managing lifecycle maintenance and FM contractor performance in line with agreed KPIs.
