Citycare manages projects from inception through to occupation, engaging stakeholders throughout the process to ensure a soft landing and client satisfaction.

Our team has extensive experience leading the delivery of refurbishments, reconfigurations and new-build facilities. Working as part of your team our services include programme and project management, design development, risk management and procurement to ensure that all aspects of your scheme are fully covered before starting on site.

We also manage contractors through the build period, including acting as Employer’s Agent as required, to ensure everything is delivered in line with the contract.
